Full no quibble return policy if you are not 100% satisified with your products with the exception of second hand wargames figures that are sold as seen.

• Return product within 14 days for full refund
• Please return full package as supplied unless agreement to do otherwise is confirmed
• Reason for return (e.g. Wanted seven years war not napoleonics)
• To initiate return simply mail me with your issue and i will respond as soon as possible.
• As soon as i recieve the return i will process your refund
